Cookies on landing pages

On our campaign landing pages we offer to load the Reddit Conversion Pixel so we can measure how our Reddit ads perform. The pixel sets cookies in your browser and is operated by Reddit, Inc., 303 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

If you accept, Reddit receives data about your visit and any App Store button click. If you decline or close the tab, nothing is transmitted to Reddit.

• Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG/TDDDG (consent).
• Third-country transfer: USA, under Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and, where applicable, Reddit's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR): close the tab, or click Decline.
• Reddit's own processing: see Reddit's Privacy Policy.

Contact forms

If you reach out through the contact, feedback, or support forms on this site, we process the information you submit (typically your name, email, and message) solely to respond to your inquiry. We retain it only as long as needed to handle the matter. Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries), depending on the context.

Android waitlist (Tally)

The Android waitlist form on /landing/android-waitlist is embedded from Tally, operated by Tally BV, Wapenstraat 12, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium. If you submit your email there, Tally processes and stores it on our behalf as a sub-processor so we can notify you once the Android app is available.

• Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), given by submitting the form.
• Data processed: the email address (and optional first name) you enter.
• Storage location: EU. Tally is a Belgian company processing data within the EU.
• Retention: until the Android app launches and the launch notification has been sent, then deleted.
• Withdraw / delete: email privacy@sanolabs.eu and we will remove your entry.
